We are seeing an increase in scams targeting businesses like yours, where scammers will reach out via phone calls, emails and WhatsApp, impersonating Grab to trick you into sharing your Grab Merchant App login details, personal information, and banking details. 

Please stay vigilant and never share personal information or your Grab account details. Read this advisory to protect your data and credentials safely.

Scammers may cite your personal details (e.g. name or NRIC number) to appear legitimate. Do not automatically trust someone just because they have your personal information.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Grab will not contact you through unknown numbers, websites, or emails, so only interact with messages from our official channels below.

  • Grab will never ask you to transfer money, share your login details or OTPs, change your payment information, reset your password without  you requesting it, or install any software. Stay alert and avoid giving out personal or account information.

Always double-check after receiving an email from Grab. Please note that all emails Grab send will end with @grab.com  or @grabtaxi.comKeep a lookout for subtle misspellings like @garb.com

All legitimate Grab websites will always contain grab.com at the back of the website domain.
