The GrabMerchant Portal website that you’re used to (merchant.grab.com) had a makeover. You can now log on to manage your stores remotely and also get all the latest news and info on running your business on Grab—all on one website.

Don’t worry! Just follow these steps to reset your password.

1. Go to merchant.grab.com and click ‘Go to Portal’ at the top right.
2. Click ‘Reset Password’.
3. Type in your username and click ‘Continue’.
4. Check your Grab-registered email for the message containing your temporary password.
5. Return to the portal and type in your username/email address and temporary password. Create your new password and click ‘Set new password’.

And you’re done! After setting your password, you will be logged back into your GrabMerchant account.
