Introducing the new GrabMerchant programme–GrabMasterclass
GrabMasterclass is an interactive learning session programme for GrabFood Merchant Partners organised by MSME Growth & Experience team.
This programme is designed to:
- help Merchants succeed in maintaining their food delivery businesses on GrabFood and GrabMart.
- empower Merchants with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in the digital economy.
- include best practices, success stories from other Merchants, and tips on how to start and maximise the Grab platform.
The goal of the programme is to train Merchants well enough so that they can become self-sufficient and thrive in the long run.
*The programme is currently being rolled out in Klang Valley, with plans to expand to other cities in the future.
