Start Receiving Orders! Here's How:

⁠Ready to start receiving orders? In this guide, you’ll learn how to:

• Open your store and start receiving orders
• Pause your store if you need to stop orders temporarily
• Turn on Busy Mode if you are open but need more preparation time

1. Open your GrabMerchant app.
2. Go to your Orders tab.
3. Look for the store status bar at the top.
4. Tap the status bar.
5. Select Normal.

⁠Once your store is open, you are ready to start receiving orders.

⁠If things are getting a little hectic in-store, Busy Mode helps you stay open while giving your team more time to prepare orders.

To switch the Busy Mode, simply tap the store status bar and select Busy.

Not ready to take orders for a while? You can pause your store and open it again when you’re ready.

You can pause your store for up to 30 days.

If you need to pause operations for more than 30 days, you can utilize our Special Hours feature.

1. Go to the Store tile on your GrabMerchant app.
2. Tap Business Hours.
3. Tap "Add New" at Special Hours to create your schedule.
