⁠1. Firstly, download the GrabMerchant app or go to 

 on your preferred browser.
⁠    - For Apple users: download it at the 


⁠    - For Android users: download it at the

". Use the same email address that you used to register for Grab.

" to set your permanent password. This will be the password you use to login to both the GrabMerchant app and portal.

: use your phone number to login instead! Refer to this

4. Now you can login to your GrabMerchant app and portal!
