1. What is Grab Biz Financing-i?

   ⁠Grab Biz Financing-i is an unsecured Shariah-compliant business financing offered by GrabFinance, only available to eligible Grab merchant-partners ("Merchants"). This business financing is calculated on a fixed profit rate resulting in fixed daily payments throughout the financing tenure.

2. What is Shariah-compliant financing?
   ⁠
   ⁠Islamic financing or shariah-compliant financing, refers to financing or activities that adhere to Shariah (Islamic law). The rules that govern commercial transactions in Islamic financing are referred to as fiqh al-muamalat.

3. Where can I find the Grab Biz Financing-i?
   ⁠
   ⁠Grab Biz Financing-i is currently offered to eligible Merchants only. Eligible Merchants can find out more by clicking the “Financing” tile in the GrabMerchant app. Eligible Merchants will also be notified via an in-app message in the GrabMerchant app or through email.

5. How long will I have to wait to know my application status?

   ⁠You will receive an in-app message or WhatsApp from GrabFinance on your status within 7 working days of submitting your application. If you do not hear from us after 7 working days, please contact the Grab Support Team via the GrabMerchant app to check your status.
