Setting Up Your Store Profile

Setting up your store for the very first time? Or need to update some existing details? You can do so directly within the GrabMerchant App. Read on to learn how. 

To view your store profile, follow the step below!

Your Store Profile consists of details about your store such as your:

  1. Store Image – Image Grab uses at the top of your store menu

  2. List Image – Image Grab uses when your store is listed with other businesses

  3. Cuisine and Certification – Whether your store is halal-certified and/or sells pork. Additionally, select cuisine labels that will make it easier for consumers to find the type of food they’re looking for when browsing

  4. Owner’s Contact

  5. Store Contact Number

  6. Address 

  7. Dine Out Photos

  8. Menu - Add items to your store’s menu/catalogue via single upload or bulk upload in the Merchant Portal or app. Refer to this article for more. 

  9. Item photos and descriptions - Your items should be accompanied by appealing photos and descriptions. Find out more here. 

  10. Business Hours Let consumers know when you’re open. Refer to this for more. 

For updating of Store Name and Store Location (more than 100m), please submit a request via the Grab Help Centre instead.
