We have observed that transparency around menu pricing has clear benefits for our Merchant Partners. For example, Merchant Partners labelled as “Prices are same as in-store” experienced on average a 2x growth rate in sales compared to those without the label.
Therefore, we strongly encourage our Partners to consider offering In-store meal pricing in line with these transparency efforts by opting into our new In-store Price Merchant Programme!

NOTE: The new In-Store Price Merchant Programme will begin effective 1st March 2023. All existing store taggings (e.g.“Prices are same as in-store” and “Prices are different from in-store”) will be removed. Merchant Partners are required to opt into the programme to qualify for the benefits which includes the “Prices are same as in-store” tagging. Your store(s) would be added into the programme on a monthly basis upon every successful application.
No action is required for Merchant Partners who prefer to maintain different menu prices on the platform.
Starting 1st March 2023, the Merchant Menu Editor feature will be available to all GrabFood Merchant Partners on the GrabMerchant App and GrabMerchant Portal.
